Lupa is a converted supermarket housing over 80 of Melbournes clothing and jewellery designers and makers.
Established in 2001 in response to the disposable attitude to the commodities of life, particularly clothing and design. Lupa stocks quality items, produced at a sustainable level that reflect Melbourne’s distinct place and culture.
Head Quarters is the explosion of an eight year desire to provide a platform for not only Melbourne's design community but artists also. The Lupa store and the Head Quarters space are in a mutually symbiotic relationship, creating a cultural precinct in Northcote and eventually taking over the world.
